Returns Due to Defects

We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive an urn that is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, kindly use the form below to provide your information, order number, and a detailed description of the defect. Once we receive your request, we will follow up to request clear photos of the issue. After verifying the defect, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, along with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the urn is returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns for non-defective or change-of-mind purchases. As our products are personalized keepsakes, we cannot accept returns once the order is processed.
